The Miami-based cruise company said Fridat that the supplement will no longer apply tonew , and Azamara Cruises bookings made on or after Nov. 10, for cruisesa that leave on orafter Jan. 1, 2010. Azamara charged first and seconxdguests $15 per person, per day with no cap. Additionapl guests were not charged.
